*New Venue - TC West Middle School Track (3950 Silver Lake Rd, Traverse City, MI 49684)

5K on the Track - This is another TCTC Summer Series Tradition. . For a 5K, you will want to start at the 200 meter mark. Most area tracks’ starting lines are just before the first curve, so the 200 meter mark is kitty-corner to this mark, just before the 3rd curve. After you start, and you cross the usual starting line, you will have 12 more laps.
