Traverse City Track Club presents the "Third Thursday" Trail Run Series, a series held on the third Thursday of the month at on area trail systems for all paces and abilities.

Runners and walkers can join active friends to get off the roads and into the woods as a way to add variety to their training. Each session will include a brief member-led trail running Q&A before the start of each run.

This month we will be on the Lake Ann Pathway. Park at the Lake Ann State Forest Campground (first parking lot on the left). Most will do the outside 5k loop, but plenty of options with this trail being VERY well marked (See map below).

When: 6PM on Thursday, July 20th.
Why: Because we love dirt, the woods, and sometimes pavement hurts!
