We will be starting at 7:50 AM to warm up and our run will start at 8:00 AM. I am thinking of running 6 to 8 miles, but will accommodate any distance. Our pace is about a 9:30 Min/Mile. Please meet in the back parking lot behind Aroma’s. Rumor has it that road works is soon to begin at the intersection of M72 and M22. I want to make sure we get a run in at that location before it starts. Also, let me know if you plan to attend, so I will know to look for you.
