Traverse City Track Club presents the "Third Thursday" Trail Run Series, a series held on the third Thursday of the month at on area trail systems for all paces and abilities.

Runners and walkers can join active friends to get off the roads and into the woods as a way to add variety to their training. Each session will include a brief member-led trail running Q&A before the start of each run.

This month is the Grand Traverse Commons Natural Area (Old State Hospital Trails)

Who: Anyone that loves trails!

When: 6PM on Thursday, December 21st
Why: Because we love dirt, the woods, and sometimes even snow!

How Far? Most of us will do around a 5k loop. Some will do shorter distances.
