Description
Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run)- 8am
Course: swim in state park swim area, bike clockwise around Otsego Lake, run 5k N on rail trail

Wetsuits will be allowed, average water temperature this time of year is about 60 degrees

Sprint Triathlon Relay- may be 2 or 3 person teams, 8am start
Kids Triathlon (100 meter swim, 2 mile bike, .5 mile run)- 10AM
5k Run- 8:30AM
Course: N out of state park on rail trail and back
Awards: 10:30AM as soon as Kids Tri finished, Top 3 overall male and female in Sprint Tri will receive prize money
Top male and female in 5k will receive prize money
Top 3 in 10 year age groups will receive award in both Sprint Tri and 5k
15 & under, 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, etc.
All Kids Triathlon participants will receive award
All Kids Triathlon participants are Free (must still sign waiver of liability)
